He is survived by: his children, Chris Collins (Michelle) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Reagan Jett (Steve) of Pulaski, TN, Wesley Johnson (Amanda Woods) of Goodspring, TN and Andrea Bell (Chris) of Pulaski, TN; his grandchildren, Shelby, Madison Collins, Jesse, Cole Jennings, Paisley, Easton and Emerson Bell; his sister Dianne O'barr of Pulaski, TN; and his close friend Randy Cunningham of Pulaski, TN. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
