He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Caldwell and Bertie Mullins Caldwell (Betty Ann Caldwell); his son Bryan Caldwell; and his siblings, Bill Caldwell and Elouise Caldwell O'Neal.

He is survived by: his sons, Clint Caldwell (Janice) and Lynn Caldwell (Carol) of Spring Hill; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Caldwell of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Brad Caldwell (Angela), Jamie Clanton (Kevin), Andrew Caldwell (Katie) and Caylee Beth Owens (Daniel); his great grandchildren, Ryan, Ben, Carter, Austin, Sidney, Sam and Eva June; and his great great grandchild Sutton.
