He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Lee Huckaby and Carolyn Faye Woody Huckaby; and his parents-in-law, Helen and Charles Peters. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lorene Peters Huckaby; his sons, Joseph Peters and Steve Shelden; his siblings, Teresa Huckaby, Tim Huckaby and Johnny Huckaby (Pam); his nephews, Jared Eddlemon (Denise), Jordan Schak, Brian Huckaby (Jacklyn) and Austin Peter; and his brother-in-law Jeff Peters (Shawna). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
