It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Donald Parr of Pulaski, Tennessee, who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billie Donald Parr to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Parr and Arnita Parr; his sister Shelby Jean Foster; and his nephew Donald Wade Burchell. He is survived by: his wife Maria Bernadette Parr of Pulaski, TN; his son Steven Donald Mathew Parr (Amy) of Stuart, FL; and his nephew Aubrey Todd Burchell (DeLon) of Columbia, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, great-nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
The family will have a private ceremony at Wright Cemetery to be followed by a Celebration of Life service later in the year when the current COVID-19 health concerns have abated.
