He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Brenda Gail Howell Kennedy of Maury County, Tennessee.; his wife Phyllis Kincaid Garner; his children, Phillip Kody Garner (Katelynn) of Pulaski, Tennessee., Karrie Lynn Garner of Pulaski, Tennessee. and Zachary Thomas Garner of Pulaski, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Colton Dale Thompson and Colbie Jane Thompson; his stepsiblings, Deborah Ann Kennedy and Eric Ray Kennedy; his parents-in-law, Philip and Jane Kincaid; his grandparents, Dewey Thomas Howell, Alma Ruth Hobbs Howell, Ostine Garner and Elsie Howell Garner; his stepfather Billy Ray Kennedy; his aunt Pat Howell Hazelwood; his uncle Ricky Lynn Howell; and his close friends, Ozzy, Jan Bass, Deanne Parker, Beverly Murrey, Melissa Roller, Ashley Dickey, Davida, Stephan, Kristen Jones, Alex Perry, Tammy Helton, Bro. Jeff Jenkins, Bro. Mark Johnson, Mary Bolger and Michael Rush. He was also cherished by Other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
