She was predeceased by: her parents, Shands Jernigan and Esterlene Zeigler Jernigan; her husband Lee Butz; and her sisters, Betty Jo Burton and Brenda Gladden.
She is survived by: her daughters, Twana Allaway (Travis) of Mt. Juliet and Nikki Bassham of Pulaski; her siblings, Bobby Jernigan of Goodspring, Terry Jernigan of Pulaski and Donna Jernigan of Pulaski; her grandchildren, Zac Bassham (Whitney), Dakota Bassham (Grayson), Rylee Bassham and Avery Allaway; and her great grandchildren, Charlee Mae and Tyson.
