He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Aaron and Elise Virginia Bowen Cummins. He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Kenneth, Sidney Doyle Cummins and Dot Cheatham; and his wife Leona Cummins of Pulaski.
