We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2021, at the age of 68, Randy Blade of Prospect, Tennessee, born in Decatur, Alabama passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Bud Blade and Elizabeth Turner Blade; and his brother Mike Blade. He is survived by: his wife Janice Blade of Prospect, TN; his sons, Dustin Blade (April) of Pulaski, TN and Payton Blade (Brandy) of Prospect, TN; and his grandchildren, Austin Blade, Alec Blade, Bryse Blade and Kaden Blade.
Due to Covid-19 and The Statewide Mandate, Mask will be required and Must be worn when entering the building and while in our facility. Also must practice 6 ft. social distancing.
