He was predeceased by: his parents, Fraser Raymond Cooley and Betty Jo Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Fay Cooley of Prospect, TN; his sons, Shawn Cooley (Samantha) and Shannon Cooley (Monica); his siblings, Max Cooley (Connie), Hilda Jackson and Kennetha Tyree (Sam); his grandchildren, Makenzie Cooley and Savanna Cooley; and his stepgrandchildren, Gaberial Ballard, Brice Ballard and Robin Fawcett.
