She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Darnell and Paralee Miggett Kolbe. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Harrison; her son-in-law Jim Harrison; her son Billy Suddarth; her daughter-in-law Jamie Suddarth; her grandchildren, Heather Downs (Jonathan), Adam Suddarth (Karen) and Sarah Suddarth; and her siblings, Louise Jones, Annie Sue Patton and Jack Kolbe of Lebanon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and a host of special friends. Frances was a devoted mother, pastor's wife.
