It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy Maresa Dunnavant of Prospect, Tennessee, born in Lester, Alabama, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard and Dorothy Dean Davis Norwood; her husband Robert G. Dunnavant, Jr.; and her sister Peggy Coats. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Dunnavant of Prospect and Robin Dunnavant of Nashville; her siblings, Marc Norwood (Brenda) of Rogersville, AL and Sherry Mitchell of Delrose; her grandsons, Devin Tippens, Waylon Johnson and Chance Coats; and her close friends, Paula Johnson of Ardmore, Donna Case of New Hope, Becky Walls and Cellie Hardiman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
