Blaylock; his siblings, Tim Blaylock (Lynder) and Patricia Beasley; his children, David Blaylock (Shirley), Rosa Lewis (Dale) and Tammy Anderson (Brian); and his grandchildren, Ben Blaylock (Betsy), Keeli Kelchner (Adam), Michael Blaylock, Summer Lehew, Rachel England (Dusty), John Anderson (Katie) and Andrew Anderson. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
