It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Faye Truette of Primm Springs, Tennessee, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Lewis Morton and Bertha Westmoreland Morton; the father of her children Alvin Truette; her brothers, Roger Morton and Roy Morton; and her son Bruce Truette.

She is survived by : her children, Jennifer Jenkins (Brian) of Primm Springs, Gerald Truette (Jennifer) of Primm Springs and Jerry Truette of Columbia; her siblings, John Morton (Carla) of Primm Springs, Billy Joe Morton (Rita) of Primm Springs, Randy Morton (Patricia) of Hendersonville, Lynda Gober of Nashville, TN, Peggy Chancy (Gene) of Chattanooga and Cathey McNabb (Tony) of Primm Springs; her grandchildren, Emily Jenkins, Heather Mosley (Shane), Bruce Truette, Nick Truette, Brandon Truette, Blake Truette, BJ Jenkins, Josh Truette and Bella Jenkins; and her great grandchildren, Madison Janssen, JJ Janssen, Nicolas Janssen and Violette Janssen.
