It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Slaughter (Primm Springs, Tennessee), who passed away on March 25, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Potts and Josie Byrd Potts; her husband Jimmy Slaughter; and her brother R. B. Potts, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Slaughter of Primm Springs and Tammy "Toot" Jones of Primm Springs; her siblings, Charlie Potts of Santa Fe, Ruth Smith of Culleoka, Kathleen Mitchell of Santa Fe, Ester Kinney (Wayne) of Santa Fe, Earline Morrow of Santa Fe and Carolyn Potts (Calvin Atkins) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Brandon Jones (Destiny) and Cody Slaughter (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Hailey, Austin and Kaleb Hazlett; her sisters-in-law, Ester Mai Ragsdale and Mamie Starnes; and her sister Marie Goodson. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and her daughter said she was her rock and best friend.
