William Frank Phillips Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Frank Phillips of Powell, Tennessee, who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Kitts Phillips; his parents, Claiborne Phillips and Carrie Phillips; his parents-in-law, T. R. and Nell Schropshier; his daughter-in-law Deb Phillips; his siblings, Sanford Phillips, Marjorie Johnson, Nellavee Christie and Geraldine Brannum; and his brother-in-law Lou Schropshier.

He is survived by: his children, William Phillips, Jr. and Sherri Wampler; his grandchildren, Joshua Wampler (Rachel), Jacob Phillips and Kris Phillips (Cortnee); and his great grandchildren, William, Jentry, Kendall and Dylan Wampler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
