She was predeceased by: her husband Gilford Tate Trotter Jr.; her daughters, Linda Sue Trotter and Barbara Jean Thomas; her parents, Herman Stooksbury and Roxie Stooksbury; and her siblings, Lester, Jack Stooksbury, Nettie Sharp, Georgia Carnes, Mildred Christy and Rosie McCroskey.

She is survived by: her daughter Beth; her son-in-law Gordon Marlow; her grandchildren, Shane (Missy), Tracy Fernander Villa Rica (Rodney) and Georgia; her great grandchildren, Drey (Jordan), Anna Lee, Rose, Mason, Braxton, Ella Anderson Villa Rica and Georgia; and her sister-in-law Zonie Trotter.
