He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Willoughby and Elizabeth Willoughby; and his siblings, Sam Willoughby and Elizabeth Ann Willoughby. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Willoughby of Powell; his children, Shelia Smith of Corbin, KY. and Tony Willoughby (Jennifer) of McKinney, TX.; his stepson Rodney Atkins (Rose); his brother Jerry Willoughby (Mary) of Jacksboro, TN.; and his grandchildren, Brandon Knight (Laura, Justin Sparkman), Andrew Willoughby, Jackson Willoughby, Davis Willoughby, Harley Smith, Levi Smith, Summer Grey, Elijah Atkins and Ryder Atkins. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
