He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Rhodes; and his stepfather Alvin Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his son Chris Bowles; and his grandchildren, Caleb and Charlotte Bowles. He is also survived by brother and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews who loved him as their own papaw.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Woodhaven Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens (160 Edgemoor Rd, Powell, TN 37849). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Tommy R. Shropshire (TK) 76, of Powell, went home to be with the Lord after a four-year bout with Alzheimer's. Tommy's greatest interests were traveling, spending time with his grandchildren, boating on Norris Lake, and attending One Life Church.
