We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2022, at the age of 44, Thomas Smith of Powell, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Christina Smith (Christy); his son Lane Smith; his parents, Randolph Smith (Randy) and Donna Smith; and his siblings, Jessica Beeler (Daniel), William Smith (Kelly) and Ashley Ellis (Dallan). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks you make a donation to the ALS association in hopes to find a cure.
