He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Murphy and Josephine Murphy; and his siblings, David "Smokey" Murphy and Rose Sims. He is survived by: his wife Irene Murphy; his children, Tracy Slice (Lee) and Rick Murphy (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Matthew Murphy, Ty Murphy and Bella Slice; and his siblings, Brenda, Deb, Tommy and Kevin.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the National Kidney Association or the American Diabetes Association in Terry's name.
