He was predeceased by: his father Tom Treadway; and his brother Kyle Treadway. He is survived by: his significant other Kristine Pritchard Treadway; his mother Kathleen Treadway; his daughter Jennifer L. Treadway; his granddaughter Lochlyn Treadway; and his stepchildren, Shane Johnson, Robert, Dawna McKelvey, Sean, Melinda McKelvey, Vanessa and Justin Daly. He is also survived by several grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
