He is survived by: his wife Michelle Peckham; his sons, Daniel Peckham (Kathleen), Timothy Peckham (Sabrina) and Stephen Peckham Jr.; his grandchildren, Kelsey and Matthew Peckham; and his brothers, George Peckham (Faye) and Kim Peckham (Connie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
