Sonny Blaine Franklin Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonny Blaine Franklin (Powell, Tennessee), who passed away on October 29, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mickey Franklin (Kyle Franklin) and Sandra Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Diane Franklin; his children, Michael Houser, Faith Hopkins (Jeff) and Sonny Franklin Jr. (Sarah); his grandchildren, Michael Houser Jr., Zachary Houser, Madelynn, Maddox Hopkins, Aubree Franklin and Eli Franklin; and his brother Jonny Franklin. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Powell Chapel (2000 Powell Drive 37849).

In lieu of flowers, family asks for donations go towards the funeral service at Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel.
