It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Jean Noonan in Powell, Tennessee, born in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Anderson and Dovie Taylor (Robert Webster Noonan); her sisters, Betty Marcum and Louise Morgan; and her brothers-in-law, Bill Marcum and Norman Moody.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Webster Noonan II (Julie Noonan), Kenneth Jude Noonan (Brenda Noonan), Martina Teresa Kitts (Mike Kitts) and Belinda Anne Noonan; her grandchildren, Dominique Allana Chitwood (Andrew Chitwood), Joseph Hunter Sizemore and Preston Noonan; and her great grandchildren, Canaan, River, Jonah and Thatcher Chitwood. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
