She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Achauer and Elinor Achauer; and her sister Linda Steer (Achauer) of Zanesville, Ohio.. She is survived by: her husband Robert F. James; her children, Lisa Whitman (Russ) of Franklin, Ohio and Steven James (Jeanne) of Knoxville, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Kadi Smith (Matt), Kelsey Whitman, Eric James (Bethany), Nathan Whitman and Kyle James. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
