He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Metcalf; his father Ray Metcalf; his siblings, Melvin Metcalf and Cindy Lewis; and his nephew Joey Monroe.
He is survived by: his mother Ruby Metcalf; his children, Blake, Heather Metcalf, Heath Metcalf, Bethany, Carl Shown (Metcalf), Logan Metcalf, Kiley Metcalf and Kinley Metcalf; his grandchildren, Sasha Metcalf, Anna Metcalf, Bubba Metcalf, Kyrstin Metcalf, Jerni Metcalf, Christian Smith, Mason Shown and Audrina Shown; his great grandchildren, Xander Leinart, Rue Leinart and Dezalee Mcmurry; and his siblings, Teddy, Carolyn Metcalf, Brian Metcalf, Linda Metcalf, Shirley, Patricia Nora and Connie Lansdon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
