He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Brooks Jr. and Madge Brooks; and his brother Charles Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Brooks; his children, Robert B. Brooks, IV (Kelly) and Pam Foust; and his grandchildren, Storm Brooks (Maddy), David Brooks, Lori Foust, April Thomas (Clay) and Katie Foust. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
