He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Louise Smith Price and George Edward Price of Knoxville. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his daughters, Renee White (Michael) and Paula Skeen (Mark); his grandsons, Cooper Grant White, Levi Paul Skeen and Wyatt Alan Skeen; his brother Bill Price; his nephews, Brad (Kelly) and Blake Price (Sarah); and his close friend Reuben.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to @PaulEPrice venmo for his grandsons' baseball programs.
