She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Arthur Major, Sr. and Anna Katherine Major (Fraizer); her brother Joe Arthur Major, Jr.; and her husband Emory H. Penery, Jr. (Bo). She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara Pilkay Atkins and Peggy Boling; her children, Paul Penery and Teresa Anderson; her grandchildren, Joshua Penery (Cynthia), Maisie Anderson Frost (Brian), Mollie Anderson Coker (Nathan), Benjamin Penery (Brooke) and Johanna Penery Miller (Dustin); her great grandchildren, Jaxson Penery, Jayden Penery, Brayden Penery, Corbin Coker, Paityn Penery, Emory Frost (Millie), Josiah Penery, Levi Miller and Presley Penery; and also Victor Anderson.
