She was predeceased by: her father George W. Cobb; her husband Joseph S. Parten, Jr.; her grandson Joseph Hatfield; and her sister Dorothy Cobb. She is survived by: her children, Steven Parten of Powell, Sandra Jernigan (John) of Oak Ridge and Anna Marie Hatfield (Danny) of Powell; her sister Barbara Erb of Daytona Beach, FL; and her sister-in-law Marion Stubbs of Oliver Springs. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
