She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisha A. Miley and Margaret Jane Miley (Maggie); and her siblings, Myrle, Chris, Ben, Albert, James Riddley, William O. Miley (Bill), Mary Weaver and Marie Severs.
She is survived by: her husband Chester Lakin; her sons, Steve Lakin (Terri) of Powell and Jack Lakin of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Nicholas Lakin, Jordan Lakin (Stephanie), Jonathan Lakin (Brooke) and Jessica Michaels (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Elijah Lakin, Luke Lakin, Adeline Lakin, Noah Lakin, Allie Lakin, Isaiah Michaels, Seth Michaels and Ezra Michaels; and her brother Otis R. Miley of Knoxville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (3500 Tazewell Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918).
