She is survived by: her children, Joshua Sampson of Powell, Angie McKinney (Dustin) and Sandra Adams of Powell; her grandchildren, Scott, Chris, Brittany, Taylor, Makayla and Riley; her great grandchildren, Brooke, Ava Kay, Jaxon, Cash and Colt; and her siblings, Brenda, Sissy, Gail, Kathy and Noah.
