She was predeceased by: her parents, Hub Hawkins and Marion Hawkins. She is survived by: her husband John J. Duncan, Jr.; and her children, Tara Richardson (Bryn), Whitney Brown (Jason), John Duncan and Zane Duncan (Hallie). She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Lincoln Memorial University.
