She is survived by: her children, Melissa Smith (John Rhodey) of Powell, Roger Smith (Tammi) of Powell, Navy Smith of Clinton and George Smith (Monica); and her siblings, Billy Warwick, James Welch (Connie) and Shawnee Douglas (Lee). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
