He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Campbell and Minnie Campbell; and his siblings, Harvey, Carl Campbell, Lucille Anderson, Hazel Jones, Ruth Coward, Charlotte Pickle and Marcella Massengill.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Campbell; his children, Terry Campbell of Knoxville and Tonya; his son-in-law Kevin McCollum of Knoxville; and his sister Cecile Worley of Powell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
