He was predeceased by: his wife Retha W. Owens Partin; his parents, Clint Partin and Telitha Hubbs Partin; his daughter Gereda Fay; and his siblings, Hermon Partin, Chester Partin, Hattie Partin, Gladys Dean, Mary Gertrude Smith and Aileen Storm.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Gail (Michael C. Garrett) of Oneida; his grandchildren, Julie Garrett Baird (Myke) of Oneida and John Michael Garrett (Faith Bowling); his great grandchildren, Alayna Baird, Carys Baird and Ava Garrett; his close friend Ann Eads; and his great grandchild Taps. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
