He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Smith and Maschelle R. Mathis Smith; and his grandparents, Jay D. Smith, Bonnie Smith and Anne R. Woodruff Mathis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joshua H. Cooper (Patricia) and Misty Gurly; his aunts, Diona Lambert (Steve) and Sonya Roy (William); his nieces and nephews, Cheyenne Cooper, Breanna Cooper, Christian Cooper, Destiny Gurly, Morgan Miller, Lane Lowe and Rae Beth Gurly; and his girlfriend Mariah Yovella. He is also survived by extended family, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made toward funeral expenses.
