She is survived by: her husband Brett Cate; her son Bayley (Cate); her sister Judy; her brother-in-law Bill Lewis; her brother Jack; her sisters-in-law, Jessie Perry and Linda Perry; and her parents-in-law, Janice Cate, Joel, Lisa Cate, Teresa, Sam Brown, Regina, Bob Key and Mara Cate Martin. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial contribution to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital or the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
