He is survived by: his sister Brenda Collins (Larry); his nephew Travis Collins (Beth); his niece Tabitha Mase (Michael); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Keenan James, Caleb Collins, Kyler Mase, Kwinn Mase, Sydney Collins, Kaylen Mase, Zoe Collins and Emmy Collins.
