He is survived by: his wife Nancy Anne Dean Williams; his children, Horace Robert Williams, Jr. (Beverly) and Tracy Wray Williams; his grandchildren, Travis Lee Evans, Taya Wrayanne Sharp, Dylan Ray Williams, Brady Williams, Ashley Smith and Heather Jones; and his great grandchildren, Madly Anne Sharp, Lilly Wray Sharp, Beckham Ray Williams, Mary Lavell Williams, Claira Walker, Nolan Smith, Juliette Smith, Collette Smith, Ellie Jones, Grayson Jones and Alaina Jones.
