He was predeceased by: his father James Treadway; his siblings, Howard, Margaret (Frank Harrison), Mary (Harold Kirby), John (Madge), Ruth (D. R. Grubbs), Tom and Ben; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Rose Narvaez.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Treadway; his siblings, Virginia, Aaron, Hugh (Mildred) and Jewel (Jim); his sons, Mark (Sharon) and Dean; his granddaughter Daisha (Jonathan); his great grandchild Delilah; his grandsons, Anthony and Adam; his sister-in-law Deborah Miller; his stepchildren, David (Sally), Michael (Lisa), Kathy and Jason (Heather); his stepgrandchildren, Chris, Brian, Kristi, Sarah, Rachel, Eliana, Zoe, Karen Marie and Hannah Kay; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Madalynn and Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
