He is survived by: his wife Linda Williams Scimonelli; his children, Janet Williams (Randy), Jeanette Barnes (Gary) and James Scimonelli (Ashley); his grandchildren, Jordan Stanton (Landry), Ryan Barnes, Bailey Williams, Averi Williams, Rylee Isaacs (Zack), Reid Barnes, Reese Barnes, Zander Howard, Hunter and Kaden Underwood; his great grandchildren, Lucy, Jolee, Wesley Stanton and Carter Slaven; his siblings, Paul Scimonelli (Ginny), Glenn Scimonelli (Donna), Don Scimonelli (Hope) and Angela Myers (Bill); and his close friend Andrea Williams.

In lieu of flowers, family requests for donations be made out to the Sarah Cannon Cancer network in Frank's name.
