He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Ann Mantooth; his son Mark Mantooth; and his parents, Homer Mantooth and Alyce Mantooth. He is survived by: his son Scott Eugene Mantooth; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Norton (Carolyn) and Renee Roberts. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
