It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David A. Shivinsky of Powell, Tennessee, who passed away on October 9, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Shivinsky and Dominic Shivinsky; and his parents-in-law, Virginia and Joseph Green. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Shivinsky (Green); his son David Shivinsky (Tara) of Knoxville; his granddaughters, Elise and Cecilia Shivinsky; his sister Barbara Wilson (Joe); and his close friend Susan Puckett (Dave).

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Humane Society of East Tn.
