It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Corene Kongable McMillen (Powell, Tennessee), born in Winfield, Iowa, who passed away on February 7, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ellis Kongable and Florence Kongable; her husband Howard McMillen; her daughters, Jewel Birdwell (Bob) of Clinton, Becky Jacobson (Marty) of Malabar, Ann Rust (Allan) of Lake Zurich and Cindy Peters (Dave) of Montrose; and her siblings, Bob Kongable, Eleanor Schneider and Vergene Lathrum. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
