He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend George Seiber and Rachel Seiber (McKamey); his daughter Joyce Ann Seiber; his siblings, Roda Seiber, Naomi May Byrge, Ethel Kennedy Phillips, Lou Rosa Jones, Clarence Edward Seiber, Condy Lee Seiber and Marshall Ray Seiber; and his son-in-law James Doepel, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Mary F. Seiber; his children, Darrell Seiber (Tina) of Knoxville, Randy Seiber of Clinton, Lori Doepel of Lakeview Ohio and Stephen Marratta (Tabatha) of Clinton; and his sister Erma Goddard (Glen). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, and many more friends.
