She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Cannon and Myrtle Cannon; her husband William Nolen Rosenbalm, Sr.; her brother Ernest Cannon; and her siblings-in-law, Eulas, Albert, Edward, Irene, Addie Lee, Nadean, Myrtle and Norma.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Jo (Jim) and William Jr. Jo (Kathy); her grandchildren, Michael and Jennifer; and her great grandchild Tucker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
