It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billy Floyd Overton of Powell, Tennessee, who passed away on February 9, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Overton and Margaret Overton of Powell, TN.; and his siblings, James Overton (Edith) of Powell, TN and Dolores Ferguson of Knoxville, TN.. He is survived by: his wife Doris Overton; his daughter Denise Overton of Powell, TN; and his siblings, John Overton (Lori) of Duluth, GA, Ben Overton (Bridgette) and Louise Lewis (Harry). He is also survived by five nephews; four nieces; and other family and friends.
