She is survived by: her children, Carl R. Elliott, Jr. (Candy), Rebecca A. Elliott (Jeff) and Debbie Elliott; and her siblings, Rosemary Williams and David L. Williams (Martha). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
