She is survived by: her daughter Belinda Acuff (Donald); her grandchildren, Daniel Acuff and Bethany Clay (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Cooper Clay and Elaina Clay; and her siblings, Lillian Goff, Mildred Johnson, Cathy Hopper, J. D. Hopper and Jim Hopper.
